Does insurance cover treatment?

Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan and medical necessity. Many patients with Medicare and other major insurance plans may qualify for covered services. Our team will help verify your benefits before treatment begins whenever possible.

What if I don’t have insurance or my insurance won’t cover treatment?

Whether you're using insurance or paying out of pocket, our focus is the same, providing exceptional, personalized care. If insurance isn't an option, we'll provide transparent self-pay pricing and help you understand your treatment options so you can make an informed decision about your care.

How many treatments will I need?

Each treatment program is 2 visits per week for 8 weeks.

How long does each treatment take?

Your first appointment typically lasts about 90 minutes. Follow-up visits generally last around 60 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Yes. Because this is a medical treatment, a provider order is required before treatment begins. If you don't currently have a provider, we can help guide you through the referral process.

Is this the same as a TENS unit?

Not exactly. Although the sensation may feel similar to a home TENS unit, we use FDA-cleared, clinical-grade NeuroMed Matrix technology administered by trained healthcare professionals using individualized treatment protocols. Your treatment is continuously monitored and adjusted based on your condition and response.

Is the treatment painful?

No. Most patients describe treatment as a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation. Your comfort is always our priority. Every treatment is individualized and adjusted to your tolerance throughout the session.
